Fasting Experience: A vacation at an Izu Health Resort operated by Dr. Ishihara, 7th Day

This is the last day of my fasting experience.

Today’s meals

8:00 A glass of carrot and apple juice.

10:00:Normal Meal

Brown rice, Grilled Horse Meckerel, boiled lotus root, salted plum, Natto (fermented soy beans),

Grated Daikon Radish, boiled baby sardine, Miso soup with onion, pickles.

It is a very traditional Japanese food.

Today’s activities

Once I get back home, it is difficult for me to take enough time to study.

I wrote two articles for my blog, and practiced English speaking online for TOEFL.

Then I took a bath.  I really like to get into hot spring!

I made farewell greetings to the people staying here.

It is a nice place to get to know each others because we eat the same meals at the same time in the same dining room while we stay.

Get back to Tokyo

The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Ito Station.  It is about thirty minute ride.

I take an express train to Atami Station (about 30min.), then change to

Bullet train to Shinagawa station (about 30 min to Shinagawa).

This year, it is a shame that I could not jog the Izu Highland at all.

Instead, I could enjoy museum visits such as Ikeda museum and wax doll house.

Once I get back to Tokyo, I will be able to prepare carrot apple juice myself and

can continue the life like I stayed in the health resort.

I enjoy traveling and eating delicious food served there.  Also,

I can manage my appetite to control the amount of the food.

This is the end of my seven day fasting experience.

Thank you for reading this blog.
